LEGO Worlds Review
LEGO Worlds is a game with an open world generated on the fly, made up of LEGO blocks, and resembling the Minecraft gameplay. Download LEGO Worlds and play the game on your Nintendo Switch.
The graphics are clearly the strong point of the game, although we have become accustomed to the photo-realistic picture seen in the products under the LEGO brand. Nevertheless, the technical side as a whole is far from ideal – there are several bugs in physics and graphics, but, frankly, they have little effect on the gameplay. I have not noticed anything serious that would break the game or nullify several hours of intense architecture.
At the beginning of the game, the cosmonaut crashes on his rocket and falls onto a planet. Your character is a LEGO man, equipped with a set of universal tools for creating, building, copying, coloring, and terraforming everything that you want. Your goal is to become a master builder, for which you need to collect 100 gold bricks.
In the LEGO Worlds game on the Nintendo Switch, you have to explore the world around you and find its amazing and hilarious treasures. You will find an incredible variety of creatures and vehicles – cowboys on giraffes, vampires, frightening yeti, steamrollers, racing cars, giant drilling machines, and much more.
You can breathe life into the world and its inhabitants in the most incredible ways – by carefully connecting the blocks together, using incredible LEGO buildings prepared in advance, or even changing the planet’s landscape itself with truly amazing tools.
As the story progresses, your building opportunities grow. Initially, only simple forms are available for creation, but if you examine each planet in detail, the collection of elements will rapidly grow, and in the end, you will be able to build any objects created by your imagination.
Since the game is available on Nintendo Switch, it is very easy to control it. You can play both at home and on the go by taking the tablet with you. According to LEGO Worlds review, players don’t face any difficulties in the game process and there are almost no bugs.
The Nintendo Switch version of the LEGO Worlds offers a special Brick Build Showcase mode, in which you can view models assembled from blocks in detail, as well as get regular free updates.
Replay Value: 4.5
Although the game, in general, is about a children’s LEGO, the physical model in LEGO Worlds is not a toy at all. The characters have inertia and can express their emotions. The replay value is quite high – what can be better than creating your own world?
The game has a huge number of different types of LEGO. Large worlds easily combine them with each other, giving out sometimes interesting and bizarre corners that are interesting to explore.
The Bottom Line
Tasks and LEGO style distinguish LEGO Worlds from one of the most popular and similar games – Minecraft. Here, even the darkest planets are colorful, and the most unusual worlds are plot-based. If before you avoided projects of a similar genre because there was no story there, then the game from TT Games might suit you.
Download LEGO Worlds, a cute game that gives endless possibilities, does not lead the player by the hand through the plot and allows you to look at the creation of worlds through the LEGO lens.
