Granny Review: Don’t Think Twice Before You Run

Granny is a horror survival game that welcomes you in the spooky wooden house with terrifying granny as your prisoner. Your main goal in the game is not to be a hero, but to escape being killed. Download Granny on your PC and hide.

Graphics 5/5

In this Granny review, it must be mentioned the incredibly atmospheric graphics. You are in a dark room, with almost nothing inside, but several items like a wooden wardrobe and a table. Each step produces intensified squeaking sound. The decorations look as if they were created from cardboard. The graphics are unique and may scare you away after one look. The house you are currently in is not safe, and there is nothing to calm you down with its bright colors, not even the sunlight.

Gameplay 5/5

The main goal in the Granny horror game is to not be a hero but to sneak out from the weird house. You have no idea how you got there and why this old monster that looks like a Frankenstein’s bride is following you. Each step can be the last one, as the smart AI that controls granny hears and sees almost everything. Basically, you are locked in a gloomy house with a psychopath.

Granny full version mercifully offers you a flashlight. It is the biggest gift you can receive. This means that the flickering light is your last chance. Take good care of it, because there is nothing good in staying with quickly running armed devil in complete darkness. You have only five days before you will be killed, so staying in the room is not an option at all.

Granny game offers you five levels of difficulty: practice, easy, normal, hard, and extreme. It is suggested to start with a Practice mode, as you will be trapped inside the house but with no Granny. This mode gives you an opportunity to explore the house, and to find out the way to get out of here.

Controls 5/5

The controls are simple in this game. You are probably familiar with similar games on PC. The main problem that must bother you is that after the Granny install process is over, and you open the game, you have to act really fast. There are some scary sounds that may get you confused, but you still have to go further. Don’t forget to look around as often as you can.

Replay Value 5/5

Even if you can get out of this scary house in Granny PC game, you still have multiple options left, which you have to try. There are five modes, and each of them is harder than others. If you fail, you have to go back there and start everything from the very beginning. The more times you explore the house, the more secrets it reveals to you.

The Bottom Line

Granny horror game is incredibly atmospheric. While it does not have severe age restrictions, parents must be careful to allow the game for children. There are terrifying things going on in the house, and after you see them all, you will never be the same. The game is fun and extraordinary. It has its unique concept and smart AI that follows each step of the player. It is worthy of payment it asks.
