Preload Pokémon Unite Now

Preload Pokémon Unite Now on Blog

Free-to-play MOBA Pokémon Unite is now available on The Switch eShop. You can preload it ahead of the official launch. The Pokémon Company and Tencent scheduled the game’s release on July 24. However, if you can’t wait to compete against your friends or total strangers, you can pre-load it today.

According to the developers, you need at least 928 MB of space on Switch consoles. Once the download is finished, you will be able to compete with players around the world on different platforms, including mobile ones. Pokémon Unite offers in-game purchases. The Pokémon Company welcomes this preload and provides those players registered earlier with a bonus gift, the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora.

The mobile version of Pokémon Unite is yet to come. It will be released this September. You can either wait for the upcoming game or may already check it out on your console.

A Few Words About Pokémon Unite

Pokémon Unite is free of charge, regardless of the date of download. It offers customized products, but you are not obliged to buy them anyway. The game was made for Nintendo and Nintendo switch platforms, as well as iOS and Android mobile platforms. Pokémon Company announced the game will be released later in 2021.

Since it is a multiplayer online battle arena, you have to stay online during the battle. Every match includes two teams with five members in each. There is a huge map split in two with numerous control points for players. Moving from one location two another, every team has to score points. They are given for the victory over AI wild Pokémon. The time in the game is limited. The more points you get, the more chances your team has to become a winner. At the beginning of the game, each player receives the unevolved Pokémon. They have to take care of the creature, train and entertain it. The level increases during the game. Every time Pokémon wins, it receives new moves and achievements. Currently, there are more than 20 versatile Pokémons in the game. The developers might add more creatures in the scheduled updates.
