In Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 you have to create your character by drawing one and help him to complete different puzzles with the help of a pencil and your imagination.
Downloading Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 is available for different platforms: Android, Windows, Nintendo Switch, Wii U, iOS, and even Windows 10 Mobile!
You guessed it, the graphics here look like drawings, but not too good drawings. The idea is original, but we think that game designers could draw things, not like a 5-year-old. So the details are pretty messy and not every artistic person will appreciate the graphics. The lines are edgy, and the colors are pretty basic, limited and not saturated enough or they could be on the contrary too bright and irritating to the eye.
At first, you think that you have complete freedom here because you can draw whatever you like. But the truth is that you need to draw exactly what the game wants from you, otherwise you won’t be able to solve puzzles. Of course, you don’t have to draw an object as realistic as possible, e.g., the egg in your drawing could look like a square, but it’s ok, the bird will still hatch from it.
The point of this game is to complete different challenges and puzzles on your way. One of the examples is you have to rescue other drawn NPCs from ink monsters. It’s funny how they can be easily defeated by just drawing leaves on the trees that are near to them. And you have a separate pencil for each object to draw, meaning that you can’t draw leaves with the pencil that draws clouds. In general, the puzzles are pretty easy to draw.
This Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 review is all about Wii U GamePad. The controls here are pretty simple, especially with a touch display. You can use a finger or a Stylus, and it’s much easier to draw the Stickman and objects this way than on a PC with a mouse. And it’s great that you don’t have to draw a precise object, it can be your creative interpretation.
Replay Value: 2
You can for sure get back to playing this game if you want to draw another Stickman or a monster and see how they look in the game. But you can do it at any moment of the game, so you don’t have to start from the beginning. It won’t be interesting to play the game from the beginning because puzzles will be the same, and they’re not the type of puzzles you’d want to replay again.
The Bottom Line
You can download Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 not only for yourself, but for your children too. There’s no multiplayer available, but the game is easy to play since 4 years of age. The game allows you to share your drawings with friends, and that makes the whole community available to you, and you can enjoy other people’s creations. The only problem that it’s not free, but it doesn’t cost a lot ($6.99).
Draw a Stickman: EPIC 2 is an interesting and unusual game. You should check it out if you’re curious and you’re looking for a completely different game to play.
